You must be at least 18 years old to use Sequenxa’s services. This applies to both individual users and candidates whose data is being submitted for verification by an employer.
To use our verification services, you must create an account. Account creation enables secure communication, document handling, service customization, and report delivery.
All services are paid in advance. Due to the labor-intensive nature of verifications, Sequenxa enforces a strict no-refund policy once a verification has been initiated. Exceptions may be made if an error occurs on our end, at our discretion.

All rights to the Sequenxa platform, services, processes, and materials are the exclusive property of Sequenxa Technologies Inc. Users receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform for legitimate verification purposes only.

Sequenxa is not liable for the accuracy or availability of third-party data (e.g. employer or school responses). We make best efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the outcome or integrity of third-party responses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of Delaware unless otherwise defined by a custom enterprise agreement.
Sequenxa does not guarantee employment outcomes or decision-making results. Our services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sequenxa disclaims all indirect, incidental, or consequential liability, including delays or disruptions caused by external sources.
